Advantage 1:Adaptable to hot-rolling and low-temperature steel rollingprocesses.

Hot rolling process temperature 850~1100℃, Low-temperature steelrolling process temperature 780~850℃.

Such as: Rolling special steel grades such as 400E,500E,600E high-strength rebar.

Physical and mechanical properties can be significantly improved,resulting in higher quality.


Advantage 2:New National Standard.Multi-slit thermo-mechanicalcontrol process(TMCP) production lines for high-strength rebar.

It can be simultaneously applied to all finishing mill stands of multiplebar rolling lines.

Compared to ordinary rolls,the increase in throughput can greatlyenhance the production efficiency of the rolling mill line and reducedowntime.

Adapts to rolling temperatures of 750~850℃.
